This is an agreement between any small business purchasing Creative GI’s Support services (Hereafter called Client) from the website Creative GI and Creative GI.

1. This Agreement is intended to for a small business engaging in legal activities, which are not of questionable repute.

            a. The Client therefore warrants and represents that at the time of purchase of the support services their business had a revenue of less then $1,500,000 USD per year.

            b. The client warrants and represents that their business is not engaged in any illegal activities, nor is it planning to be engaged in any such activities. That it will never knowingly ask Creative GI for assistance or information regarding illegal activities. Should at anytime the Client receive advice from Creative GI regarding illegal activities that Creative GI was unaware where related to such activities, the client agrees to indemnify Creative GI against all actions, torts, suits, litigations, or other events as a result of such activities.

            c. The Client Warrants and represents that they are not involved in raciest activities, or bigotry of any kind, nor are they involved in pornography, exploitation, child labor, or other activities of questionable repute. The client further agrees that should Creative GI at any time discover that the Client is involved in such activities.

            d. Should at any time Creative GI discover or determine that that the client is in violation of this agreement, or that a relationship with the Client would hurt Creative GI, then Creative GI shall have the right to terminate its services. In the event of such a termination Creative GI is under no obligation to return money, or provide any services to the client.

2. The Support Services are intended as a way for small businesses to gain business advice on working on the internet or with the internet.

As such Creative GI will answer questions sent to its email address, support@creativegi.com.

a. Creative GI agrees that it will continuously review the best industry information, and provide clients such information on request. Creative GI will do its utmost to provide quality information, however it cannot recommend the usefulness of such information for any purposes. Nor does Creative GI make any warranties regarding success based on the use of such information.

            b. Creative GI will answer all questions related to the internet; other then those covered in section 1, and may from time to time answer other business related questions. However Creative GI is under no obligation to do so.

            c. Creative GI may from time to time send information of its own accord to the client, which it believes could assist the client, unless the client specifically sends an email to Creative GI asking it not to do so.

            d. Creative GI represents that all information it will provide the Client is true to the best of Creative GI’s knowledge, however as the internet is constantly changing, and there is much disagreement regarding many practices and theories, there will likely be things that Creative GI is unable to provide the most accurate possible information on. In such cases the Client agrees to indemnify Creative GI and its employees, associates, affiliates, owners, managers and others relating to the company from all damages associated with such information.

            e. Creative GI will privide information or business related topics, it does not provide information of  programming or technology except as these relate to business.

3. The length of this agreement shall be 1 month, unless Creative GI at its sole discretion determines that it shall continue after this period of time.

            a. Once a month’s time has passed Creative GI may at its sole discretion choose to terminate or continue the terms of this contract, by providing support to the client.

            b. Creative GI may at its sole discretion refuse service to any Client for any reason by providing a refund of the amount paid to it by the Client.

            c. The Client may end services provided by emailing Creative GI and requesting a cessation of such services.

This agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the United States, and the State of Washington. Any disagreements which may arise from Creative GI’s services or from the Clients actions shall be ruled over by the Courts of the State of Washington.

The Client and Creative GI represent and warrant that they shall be held under the rulings of the courts and laws of the State of Washington, and any higher United States Appeals Courts, to which the case might go.
